About this volunteer role
We are always looking for people to help with site maintenance at The Bristol Bike Project. Even for just a couple of hours a month.
Main Tasks
- General maintenance
- Repairs
- Painting & decorating
- Basic carpentry
- Sign painting
- Following Health & Safety guidelines at all times, including safe use of tools
Skills Required
- Use of a variety of tools
- Clear communication
- Reliability
Experience Required
- Experience of working in a trade or with DIY would be useful, but not essential
Time Commitment
- Any day between Monday – Saturday; any time between 9am-5pm
- We ask our Maintenance Volunteers to volunteer at least once a month
Location
Our Community Workshop is on Seymour Road (BS5), opposite number 20.

We can provide in-house training, as well as funding for courses where appropriate
