Stomp volunteers needed.

Stomp is back for 2023 and we need your help to make it a huge success.

We’re looking for volunteers to help at this event to show lots of support for our amazing walkers and make sure they know the right direction to go.

About Stomp

Stomp is a seven-mile autumnal-sponsored walk that brings people together to show their support for people affected by cancer.

Date: Sunday 1st October 2023

Time Commitment:  This role is only required on 1st October 2023 for one day and there are various times throughout the day. Shifts will be from 2-6 hours depending on role and location.

Location: Penny Brohn Center / Leigh Woods.

There are lots of roles that volunteers might help with on the day including:

  • Welcoming and registering participants as they arrive.
  • Handing out medals at the finish.
  • Marshaling along the route to help keep walkers safe and cheer them on.
  • Assisting in serving refreshments.

We truly count run these events without the fantastic help from volunteers, we would be delighted if you would consider helping at this years event.

Being a fundraising volunteer is fun and rewarding so please spare a couple of hours and join our team.

When:

Sunday 1st October 2023
