We are looking for volunteers to complete administration tasks that are essential to running the Online Community. Once trained, we will take account of your preferences regarding which day of the week you prefer to carry out your role. Volunteers will complete the administration tasks from their homes or any other location where they can access a computer in a confidential setting.

What you will be doing

  • Ensuring the community is used appropriately and all members follow our community rules.
  • Ensuring users do not post any identifying details for example, profile pictures, full names, addresses, links to social media etc.
  • Collecting positive feedback from 7 forum topics.
  • Sending handover notes to the manager/ moderation team
  • Alerting staff to any content that may be a safeguarding concern.

Location: home based – (UK). Time: Three hours per week. Each Administration Volunteer carries out their role one day per week Monday to Friday

Once trained, we will take account of your preferences regarding which day of the week you prefer to carry out your role. Volunteers will moderate from their homes or any other location where they can access a computer in a confidential setting.
