Migrateful is an award winning social enterprise aiming to aid asylum seekers, refugees and other migrants in their journey to integration through supporting them to run cookery classes. Migrateful trains refugee and migrant chefs through regular workshops that prepare them to deliver cookery classes to paying customers, supported by the organisation. Founded in July 2017, it has facilitated over 2,000 classes and supported over 87 chefs from a number of different countries including Jamaica, Nigeria, Venezuela, Syria, Bangladesh, Eritrea, and China. It now operates in four regions - London, Bristol, Kent and, most recently, Brighton. Classes take place in person and online and aside from open sessions, Migrateful also offers team building cookery classes and demonstrations to London-based companies and private groups.
