As a Human Resources / Governance Officer, your primary role is to manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities including the creation of job adverts, screening applications, interview scheduling, issuing contracts, and vetting/ pre-employment checks.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the organization is following ethical and legal practices. This includes conducting internal audits, identifying potential compliance issues, and developing strategies to prevent violations.
Responsible for ensuring that the organization is being managed effectively and efficiently. This involves monitoring the performance of the organization's leadership team, providing guidance and support as needed, and making decisions about the hiring and firing of key personnel.
