We are a black-led charity and for over two decades, we’ve been dedicated to providing mental health assistance, particularly to adults from Black, Asian, and Minoritised Communities. Our therapists offer various talking therapies that are sensitive to different cultures and responsive to individual needs, aiming to lessen the impact of emotional mental distress. Additionally, our practitioners are committed to offering comprehensive support and advice tailored to each person’s unique situation. We are committed to making sure that our services are easy to access, supportive, and meaningful for everyone in Bristol and surrounding areas, especially those facing challenges like: mental health issues, involvement in the criminal justice system, equality issues
