Docks Heritage Weekend

Our Fundraising team are looking for some volunteers to help us raise money during Docks Heritage Weekend on 30 September—1 October 2023. Docks Heritage Weekend is a celebration of Bristol’s maritime past with events for all ages at M Shed, Underfall Yard and SS Great Britain.

Fundraising Volunteers will be helping us raise funds for our working exhibits, which include our iconic cranes, our fleet of historic boats and our steam trains, through collection buckets and key sites along the harbour side. Money raised over the week end from our fundraising volunteers will help us to keep the working exhibits in good shape for years to come.

If you are interested in this role and have not already registered as a volunteer with Bristol Museums, please respond to this advert or contact museum.volunteering@bristol.gov.uk
