About us
Bristol Wellbeing College provides free psychoeducational wellbeing workshops and courses for adults in Bristol (18+). Our material is developed with experts by experience, and empowers people to take control of their mental wellbeing by learning tools, skills, and strategies. Year on year independent analysis finds engagement with us can result in significant improvements in mental wellbeing and psychological functioning.
Where to find us
We deliver in multiple community venues across Bristol and online, with one to one tech support.
Topics
Subjects include anxiety, depression, resilience, and trauma. We also have more creative workshops like reflective writing, arts and crafts, and meditation, as well as a walking course. See our current prospectus and details can also be found on our website calendar
Green Workshops: Lighter, one-off sessions to improve wellbeing. Accessible to anyone, encouraging self-expression and self-care. Involving techniques, activities, and ways to connect with the senses, to develop a wellbeing toolkit.
Blue Workshops & Courses: More detailed sessions focusing on making positive changes to habits, behaviours and lifestyle. Providing support to make and maintain positive change through helpful tools and strategies.
Pink Courses: In-depth, multiple sessions encouraging self-reflection, long-term planning, and progression. Providing an opportunity to share experiences and mutual support. Courses require commitment and a willingness to reflect and practise between sessions.
Booking
Places can be booked via our website (no referral necessary). We have no set term of engagement; people can engage and re-engage when they wish. We are happy to help with bookings; just get in touch.
