We are looking for volunteers to support our work at our kitchen garden and flower farm in Hartcliffe, BS13.
Our spaces
Our Garden is an acre of no-dig market garden, from which we run a veg box scheme and supply fruit, vegetables and herbs to businesses across Bristol.
Our flower farm is a new enterprise which we are setting up at Hartcliffe City Farm, to grow sustainable cut flowers to sell across Bristol.
We offer vocational training and volunteering placements and also run courses, workshops and community events from both sites.
We need you!
As summer is approaching, we need more volunteers to help manage the site and grow our wonderful produce. You’ll get the opportunity to cover all aspects of kitchen gardening from weeding to planting our, harvesting to pruning, and of course eating our delicious produce over lunch!
How can you get involved?
We have the following volunteer opportunities available:
- monthly community volunteer days (2nd Monday of every month) for anyone who would like to learn more about our work and support our program for the day
- regular weekly volunteering, for people who would like to join our team and can commit to 4-6 hours per week
- a business volunteering scheme, for businesses who want to bring their staff to our site to participate in personalised team away days
