At the Salvation Army, our charity shops aren't just places to find a bargin, they are vital community hubs. The funds raised in our shops directly support local initiatives, from sheltering the homeless and running food banks to supporting the vulnerable. By volunteering your time, you are transforming secondhand goods into firsthand hope.
The Role
- Customer Care - Greet shoppers, answer questions and help them find what they are looking for.
- Till Opperation - Process sales and handle cash or card payments securely (full training provided)
- Visual Merchandising - Help dress window displays and keep the shop floor looking clean, organised and inviting.
- Sorting and Prepping Donations - Working in the stock room to sort through donated clothes, books, and homewear. You'll check the quality of the garments and price them accordingly.
You dont need prior retail experince to volenteer with us. We value enthusiasm and kindness above all else!
