We are looking to recruit volunteers to support with our Wicketz hub sessions on a regular or semi-regular basis.

The Wicketz programme is a Lord's Taverners initiative to support young people aged 8-16 from non-traditional cricketing backgrounds to access the sport. We run weekly hub sessions, as well as festivals and residential trips in the holidays. All of our provision is free of charge, with all equipment provided.

By volunteering with us, you will be supporting young people engaging with sport and their communities. In return, we are able to support with personal and professional development, as well as funding towards formal qualifications.

In Bristol, we currently operate weekly hub sessions in Southmead, Knowle and Hartcliffe. For more information about the programme, please visit: https://gloucestershirecricketfoundation.org/community/wicketz/

When:

We would like volunteers to be able to support a hub session (1-2 hours per week) on a regular/semi-regular basis
