Bristol Bears Women are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to support various operations on our Match Days during the 2025/26 season. As part of volunteering with us on a Match Day, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth match day delivery and that our fans have a memorable experience with high standards of service.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Assisting with fan engagement activities, such coordinating flag bearers and chaperoning player mascots.
- Positively engaging with fans to promote game day activities and Bears Women.
- Parking stewarding.
- Supporting with any other duties as reasonably assigned by the Matchday organisers.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Be available on weekends, occasional public holidays and during the Women’s rugby season.
TIME COMMITMENT
Approximately 4 hours per game day.

LOCATION: Shaftesbury Park, Frenchay Park Road, Winterbourne, Bristol, BS16 1LG or Ashton Gate Stadium, Ashton Road, Bristol BS3 2EJ.
