Bramble Bash in St Annes Woods

Added by

Please note this activity has ended.

Come and join the good folk of Friends of Brislington Brook in St Anne's Woods. Just up the slope from St Annes Well we are trimming back the bramble to make the path wider and restore it to grassland as it was a few years back. Every year we bash the brambles and we are really starting to make a difference.
This is the perfect time of year to do this as the bramble is not growing and there are no nesting birds to disturb.
We always uncover litter during these clearance events so there is lots to do as well as bashing the bramble.
