We are a registered charity aimed at preventing isolation, reaching out to those already in isolation.

Kingsmeadow@Made Forever is the hub of the community.

We are a registered charity aimed at preventing isolation, reaching out to those already in isolation and tackling unemployment. 

We work with individuals, families and young people facing multiple challenges. We achieve our aim through providing a range of support services and well-being activities where we identify barriers and challenges faced, intervene early and provide support to help overcome those so as to avoid further deterioration and reaching crisis point.

We also reach out to those already in crisis or isolation, and help them re-engage into their community.
