Operations Manager at a chain of restaurant

I have volunteering experience with NBSG Foodbank, where I have been working regularly for two years. I want to volunteer to help people throughout Bristol's community. I would also like to expand my work experience of different sectors. I have keen interests in culture and the arts, and studied Politics at Bristol University. I would like to investigate those interests, something which I feel I do not do enough in my current job. My job has however vastly improved my skillset, as I manage two and soon three restaurants. I have overseen the development of a brand and built it into million-pound-a-year profit. I feel I have improved my career but would like to respond to some cultural and societal attachments which I feel.
