My name is Helen. I have two grown children, one who still lives with me & one who lives in Barry, South Wales (who is an ecologist) I’ve been working for Royal Mail in Patchway, Bristol for 15 years now. I enjoy being outdoors & im used to working in all weathers. I’m fairly fit & enjoy running, swimming & meeting new people. I am currently doing the couch to 5K and train in the Blaise Castle estate a few times a week. In August I am participating in the Tough Mudder in the South West!

I’m also a member of Cardiff Comets Women’s Ice Hockey team. We train every Wednesday evening.
