My name is Amy. I'm 33 years old. Mother of 3. I have worked as a care assistant for the elderly since I was 18 (including care in dementia, strokes and Alzheimer's). I left nursing home care work in 2017 to become a mental health support worker. Again this covered various types. Ranging from 18 years to 70+ years. I took a career break in 2019 when I had my middle child. Covid then paid us all a long visit.  I then welcomed my third child in 2021. I now feel it's time to start looking into volunteer work on the one day I have all children in child care. I love a good chat and a good cuppa tea! I like to help support people meeting their needs and to not be isolated and lonely.
