Children's Nurse

I am a trained children's nurse and have a qualification in public health nursing and worked as a school nurse offering mental health support, sexual health advice safeguarding as well as other public health advice to young people and their parents. I have a lot of experience of working with vulnerable people as well as multiple professionals. I left my nursing role in August and am currently working from home doing freelance medical copywriting. 

I have experience of teaching PSHE to both primary and secondary age children. I have good communication skills and am IT literate. I am a good listener and am very patient and empathetic. 

I enjoy being outside and have recently started to learn more about living in a more environmentally friendly way.
