Head of Apprenticeship Operations

I'm just starting out on my volunteering journey and looking for opportunities where I can give back and make a positive impact in my local community. I'm open to a range of roles and am particularly interested in something regular on a weekday evening.

Professionally, I’ve worked in a wide variety of customer service focused roles since 2009 and currently work within the apprenticeship sector. I bring with me strong communication skills, a calm and practical approach, and a genuine interest in supporting others.

While I can’t quite put my finger on why giving back has become important to me right now, I feel a strong pull to contribute my time and skills where they’re needed most.
