I moved to Bristol in September 2024> Having previously worked as a teacher and an accountant I am looking to put these skills (and those gained from raising a family!) to good use by volunteeering in the local community. I really enjoy working with children and am currently helping out one morning a week at the local primary school. However, I would also like to volunteer to work amongst the older community in Bristol as well. I also have great interest in local and social history as it formed part of my degree many years ago so want to explore possible volunteering opportunities in the museums around Bristol.
