We are looking for female volunteer to run 2 weekly fitness sessions for women only. Friday mornings and Tuesday evenings. We currently run these sessions with Our Parks, who have offered a free fitness coaching qualification to any potential volunteers. The qualification is 8-10 hours of online learning with a virtual 30 minute assessment at the end.
Following on from this we would need volunteers to run a morning session on Friday's 9.15am for one hour and also Tuesday evenings 6.30pm for one hour.
