The climate crisis is a child's rights crisis. It is putting the lives and futures of children at risk.
Those that have the least are being hit the hardest, with the 774 million children who live in poverty around the world facing the highest risk.
If decisive action isn't taken now, this will only get worse.
Fossil fuels are powering climate change and putting us on the path to higher temperatures and more extreme weather. The UK is moving to expand oil and gas drilling- endangering the safety of the next generation, but we can change this.
The Generation Hope campaign is recruiting volunteer Changemakers who will demand an end to new fossil fuel extraction in the UK. Our Changemakers will be connecting with MPs, working alongside community groups and planning stunts to show decision-makers that the public is behind a greener and fairer future.
You don't need any campaigning experience or to be an expert on the climate crisis to get involved, just bring your enthusiasm!
Applications are open until the 5th of November. Make sure to apply if you want to be part of positive change in Bristol using this link.
