3-5 hours per week.

We are looking for a volunteer to help in our furniture reuse shop –re:store.

Our shop help reuse 100’s of tonnes of furniture per year, stopping it going to land fill or being  fly tipped, it offers very cheap household items to people who need it and it long term work experience to young people who are struggling in school.

If we are open, we have a paid member of staff in but they need to be working alongside a young volunteer (12-16 years old) and serving customers. This means we always have a back log of items that need to be PAT tested, washed up, cleaned and / or sorted.

If you like creating order out of chaos and donning a pair of marigolds – then Pleeeeese come and volunteer with us.

Full training, a free lunch and reasonable travel costs will be provided.

If you are interested then email a CV and we can have a chat and sort out a start date.

A DBS check is required as you will be working alongside children.
